Coaching for success is the secret! It is one of the ingredients that has been missing in the past.

Success coaching helps your one-stop operators move the process forward. We know they are busy. We know that, in most one-stops, there is a seemingly endless flow of people and demands on your time. But we also know that the customer and continuous improvement have to be a priority. So, Success Coaching helps one-stop operators:

  • Untangle their thinking in a busy one-stop environment.
  • Keep their vision and their focus on the prize, which is continuous improvement of programs, staff, partners, services, resources, facilities, and the like.

For up to ninety (90) days after the "Secret Shopper Retreat," we will work with your one-stop operators in a coaching environment to help ensure that information from the program translates into action in the one-stops.
