Here's some good news that most of you will enjoy! We are de-emphasizing paperwork. It's not a substitute for real action, and we focus on action -- not paperwork -- in the "One Stop Secret Shopper" program.

Streamlined Reports ...

Yes, we still report on the activities in the "One Stop Secret Shopper" program, but we "get to the point" quickly, tell the important information, and then shift your attention to action that should result from the information.

If you have ever participated in a mystery shopping program before, you know that you can get some pretty comprehensive reports. In fact, some of those reports are so big that many of you have never made it through them from start to finish. That's a shame, but it's also a fact!

  • Mystery Shoppers - a summary report, in writing, of the mystery shoppers' reactions to their experiences in your one-stop career centers. The focus of the report will be on reactions that seem to suggest changes that could be an improvement in the eyes of the customer.
  • Operators - a summary report, in writing, of the one-stop operators' assessment of the capacity and limitations of the one-stops in the local workforce investment area.
  • Virtual Briefing - a private, multi-media briefing delivered online and available 24/7 to your team to help them put all the reports together in a manner that promotes translating the information into action that leads to continuous improvement..
